Delhi/Raipur Experience Level: 3-8 Years Job Description: Looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java BE) or Full Stack Developer (React FE) with proficiency in Java Spring Boot , ReactJS, and PostgreSQL , and experience in deploying applications on JBoss or Tomcat .

Qualifications: B.Tech /MCA/MTech Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of full-stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Oversee front-end development using ReactJS, delivering a responsive and engaging user experience Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL for high-availability and performance Deploy and manage applications on JBoss or Tomcat application servers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and implement effective solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, applying them where beneficial to the project. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS Expertise in PostgreSQL database design , optimization, and management.
