Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign and malignant breast diseases
- Conduct comprehensive breast assessments, including clinical examinations, imaging review, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations
- Perform breast conserving surgeries (lumpectomy), mastectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary lymph node dissections, and other breast surgical procedures
- Evaluate and manage patients with breast lumps, breast pain, nipple discharge, breast infections, and high risk breast conditions
- Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings to develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with radiologists in image guided biopsies and localization procedures
- Coordinate patient care with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, pathologists, and allied healthcare professionals
- Provide pre operative counseling, obtain informed consent, and manage post operative follow up and long term surveillance
- Educate patients regarding breast cancer screening, early detection, preventive strategies, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with DHA regulations and hospital policies
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education activities
- Mentor junior physicians and contribute to departmental education and training programs
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Completion of a recognized Residency in General Surgery
- Fellowship or subspecialty training in Breast Surgery, Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, or Surgical Oncology with a focus on breast diseases
- Board Certification or equivalent in General Surgery
- DHA Eligibility Letter, DHA License, or eligibility for Consultant licensure in Dubai
- Minimum of 8 10 years of post specialization experience as a Consultant Breast Surgeon
- Extensive experience in breast cancer surgery, benign breast disease management, and oncoplastic surgical techniques

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Female Consultant Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant breast conditions, performing advanced breast surgical procedures, and delivering comprehensive, patient centered care.
- The role involves close collaboration with radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
