Role Overview
The Prestige Service team provides personalized operational service to Fidelity Investments Canada clients and advisor offices.
The bilingual consultant acts as a primary client relationship contact, portfolio manager, and advisor-engagement leader.
The position is available in Toronto or Montreal and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Work Arrangement
- The role uses Fidelity's dynamic hybrid work model.
- For Greater Toronto Area employees, the current office is at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately the end of 2026, after which it will move to 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advisor-office relationships and manage operational inquiries and escalations.
- Coordinate and document client operations while serving as an expert on Fidelity policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales-service and internal support teams to improve client retention and resolve cases.
- Promote innovation, digital solutions, continuous improvement, and adoption of new systems and services.
- Understand advisor business models, conduct service reviews, and implement problem-resolution plans.
- Represent clients internally and advocate for solutions that improve service and the Fidelity client relationship.
