Position Overview
Fidelity Canada is hiring multiple Client Service and Support Representatives for its Processing and Client Relations teams.
The role supports Canadian investors, investment advisors, and advisor support teams.
Workplace
- The position operates on a flexible 100% remote schedule.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Processing Team
- Administer accounts and execute financial and non-financial transactions for various mutual fund retail account types.
- Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of transactions that are not in good order.
Advisor Service Centre Team
- Provide customer service to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors through an inbound contact centre.
- Support advisors and investors with the information they need to educate and plan short-term and long-term investment strategies.
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent experience is required, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
