About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from site infrastructure through tenant fit outs and vertical construction
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, identifying and resolving conflicts related to sequencing, logistics, and trade availability
- Monitor daily progress against baseline schedules and budgets, proactively addressing variances, risks, and potential delays
- Oversee on site activities, quality standards, and safety compliance, coordinating with superintendents and field teams
- Administer permitting, inspections, and interface with municipal and state agencies as well as utility providers
- Drive closeout activities, including punch list completion, commissioning, documentation, and turnover to tenants and stakeholders
- Act as the day to day primary point of contact for development and capital partners, anchor tenants, design teams, contractors, and municipal stakeholders
- Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, reviewing subcontracts, vendor agreements, and implementing cost saving measures through value engineering and risk management
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects from pre construction through closeout
- Proven success delivering medium to large scale retail, commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed use developments
- Clear, partner facing communication skills
- Advanced competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and current market pricing
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as Planner, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

Must Have Skills

- Clear, partner facing communication with the ability to brief joint venture partners, capital partners, and tenants effectively.
- Advanced competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and current market pricing.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as Planner, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with large scale, multi phase site developments or urban mixed use projects.
- Background in stakeholder coordination across municipal, utility, and regulatory agencies.
- Proficiency in value engineering and scope refinement for cost optimization.
- Experience overseeing tenant delivery, fit out reviews, and commercial grand opening preparation.
- Strong capabilities in risk analysis, project documentation, and reporting to senior leadership.
Salary
- $130,000 $150,000 + Annual Bonus
