Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credentials in good standing
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a BCBA
- Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership abilities
- Physically able to provide therapy on the floor with children (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.)
- Access to reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Address and resolve escalated parental concerns according to established protocols.
- Ensure BCBAs have the tools and training needed to manage full caseloads and perform effectively.
- Ensure all files, presentations, and reports are properly recorded and archived.
- Verify supervision and program management are performed up to organizational and BACB standards.
- Assist in creating master schedules for client therapy sessions.
- Exercise discernment in accepting new clients based on 'right fit' protocols.
- Prioritize smooth on boarding for new clients, aligning with available BCBA capacity.
- Participate in hiring and training new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
- Attend and/or lead meetings as required.
- Facilitate parent/caregiver training programs.
- Analyze progress data, modify treatment plans, and update client goals as needed.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.
Must Have Skills
- Maintain current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credentials in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a BCBA.
- Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
- Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic clinic environment.
- Physically able to provide therapy on the floor with children (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.).
- Comfortable using computers and tablets for extended periods.
- Access to reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check.
Nice to Have Skills
- 5 years total experience in ABA, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Active CASP membership and participation in ongoing professional development.
- Experience with clinic administration and operations management.
- Familiarity with creating and optimizing therapy schedules.
- Knowledge of best practices for employee onboarding and training.
- Advanced skills in progress data analysis and program modification.
Salary
- $90,000 $105,000 per year
