Role Description
- This part time Construction Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site work at project locations and some work from home flexibility.
- The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Day to day tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, monitoring site progress, and addressing any issues that may impact safety or delivery.
- The role also involves preparing reports and documentation, tracking costs and resources, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and communicate status updates and risks clearly.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Construction Project Management skills to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
- Construction Management and Project Coordination skills to manage site activities, stakeholders, and daily workflow.
- Budgeting skills to control costs, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance of projects.
- Experience with scheduling tools, progress reporting, and risk management in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and UAE building regulations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a hybrid work setup.
