Role Overview
TUBA Real Estate Development is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a premium mixed-use development in Al Khobar.
The development includes residential townhouses and commercial facilities.
The manager will oversee delivery from planning through completion, with responsibility for safety, schedule, budget, quality, and regulations.
Project Management Duties
- Lead overall planning and construction execution.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and key milestones.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Monitor progress, risks, delays, quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance.
- Implement corrective actions when required.
- Review project documentation, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
- Provide regular project updates and management reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, and project controls.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on construction projects in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
