Working closely with our Construction Director and Construction Managers, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of overall project planning and programming, including projects status updates, program reporting, implementation of production controls and critical path analysis, cash flow analysis, labour forecasting, and reviewing proposed construction sequencing and methodologies. Preferably, the candidate must be highly experienced in the use of Primavera P6.

15+ years’ experience, in the construction industry, with experience on building/construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, Government).

Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
Be able to graphically represent program methodology, and present and communicate the program to internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.
High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
Understand construction sequencing and methodologies. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently through clear directions from the leadership team on the project.
