Role overview

Construction leadership

• Lead construction supervision activities during project execution and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary supervision personnel.
• Monitor daily operations, approved designs, specifications, contract requirements, schedules, work programs, and contractor performance.
• Review methodologies, work sequences, temporary works proposals, execution plans, and resource deployment.
• Coordinate design, engineering, planning, commercial, quality, project controls, and stakeholder teams.
• Lead coordination and progress review meetings and resolve technical issues and Requests for Information.
• Monitor progress, delays, risks, constraints, variations, claims, payment certification, and project reporting.
• Oversee inspections, quality procedures, HSE performance, testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, handover, and closeout.
• Maintain project records and reports and mentor site engineers, inspectors, and supervision staff.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of overall building construction experience and at least 8 years as a Construction Manager on major building developments.
• Experience delivering large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, commercial complexes, or hospitality projects.
• Extensive experience in site supervision consultancy, PMC, or engineering consultancy environments.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, multidisciplinary coordination, FIDIC principles, quality management, inspection, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building regulations, authority approvals, and GCC construction practices.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• A master’s degree, professional engineering or project management certification, and GCC experience are preferred or desirable.

Required capabilities

• Strong leadership, organization, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
