Construction Manager

• You’ll manage and administer transportation construction projects , oversee and manage all construction staff to the highest efficiency and strengths.
• You’ll assist with business developmen t & project pursuit management.
• You’ll assist with client coordination and overall planning .
• You have team skills , communication skills, leadership and human resources management skills.
• You’ll be responsible for overall construction project coordination (internal and external).
• You will provide work assignments and review performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
• You must be able to develop and implement QC plans , safety plans, and schedules.
• You must be able to complete weekly/monthly reports on work progress , as well as conduct status meetings with the department/division manager to update status on the schedule and budget.
• You’ll coordinate and direct staff and subconsultants.
• You’ll perform direct reports performance reviews .
