Buildings Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Your qualifications and experience are impressive . You’re established in your field with at least 10 to 20 years of mechanical experience under your belt. You have your bachelor’s degree in engineering A PE license is required.
• You know buildings . You have advanced knowledge of: ASHRAE standards and building codes, coordination between design disciplines, project scope development, ventilation, humidity control, load calculations, and duct/piping sizing techniques, air handlers, pumps, chillers, boilers (both steam and hot water), temperature controls, ductwork accessories, heat exchangers and tanks, and sustainable design (LEED, energy codes, etc.). You have knowledge of and is comfortable with renovation designs of historic buildings. You’re also knowledgeable in key architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection considerations as they relate to mechanical systems. General knowledge of construction cost.
