Role Overview
Structure Advanced Building Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for high-rise building projects in Dubai.
The role oversees project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, site inspections, construction plans, risks, and quality standards.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders and align them with client requirements.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to support cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Manage procurement processes.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change orders.
- Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain communication with project teams and stakeholders through updates and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant construction experience and a record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
