Job Overview
Acts as the primary technical bridge between the main building contractor, project consultants, and Dubai municipal and utility bodies.
Clears legal, structural, and service-related approval hurdles without delaying construction milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and upload drawings, structural calculations, and technical documents through official government portals.
- Secure and track NOCs for site mobilization, excavation, crane erection, hoarding, and road cutting.
- Coordinate with DM, DCD, RTA, DEWA, and DDA.
- Resolve government comments by coordinating revisions with architectural and MEP consultants.
- Schedule mandatory site inspections and secure phase sign-offs and completion certificates.
- Track official correspondence, permit validity dates, pending approvals, and regulatory code updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Three to five years of general construction experience focused on UAE building codes and authority procedures.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with Dubai government e-submission systems.

- The role is performed in person.
