Role Overview
Lead the initial construction phases of hardscape and landscape projects on-site.
Oversee project execution to meet client specifications, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Work with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to coordinate project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Direct hardscape and landscape works on-site and lead the initial construction front.
- Coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to support timely completion and financial objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and industry-standard compliance.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals with design concepts and project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures for project work.
- Manage procurement and negotiate supplier contracts for timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Analyze post-completion performance and apply lessons learned to future projects.
