We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and DM-Approved Construction Manager (G+Unlimited License) to oversee and drive large-scale building construction projects in Dubai.

- Oversee daily site operations, construction activities, and project engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authorities, ensuring all works comply with G+Unlimited permit requirements
- Develop, monitor, and update master project schedules, proactively managing risks to mitigate delays
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to optimise productivity and resource allocation
- Enforce stringent QA/QC and HSE standards across the site to maintain an incident free working environment
- Monitor project budgets, approve material requisitions, and manage variations effectively
