Camp Boss Role
- Oversee daily camp operations to ensure a safe and efficient living environment for all personnel, managing schedules and logistics effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all camp related matters, addressing concerns and providing solutions to both staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the camp staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to maintain compliance and address potential hazards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for camp activities and day to day operations.
