About the Role
Legend Dragon Building Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for a commercial/residential building project in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily site construction activities including civil, structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP coordination
- Plan and coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, and site resources
- Convert project programme into practical daily and weekly work plans
- Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and site performance against approved schedule
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultant, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, foremen, and labour teams
- Ensure all works executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and consultant instructions
- Manage construction activities including excavation, shoring, raft foundation, concrete works, blockwork, plaster, finishing, façade, MEP coordination, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover
- Ensure inspections are properly prepared and submitted to consultant on time
- Coordinate with MEP team to avoid clashes and manage sleeves, openings, builders’ work, shafts, risers, plant rooms, and service areas
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure sufficient manpower, materials, tools, and supervision
- Work with Planning Engineer to update progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor regarding completed quantities, subcontractor progress, variations, and site measurements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of construction experience with building contractors
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Construction Manager, Senior Site Engineer, or Site Manager role
- UAE/GCC building construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience in commercial/residential buildings, preferably B+G+5 or higher
- Strong contractor side execution experience required
- Strong knowledge of building construction sequence from excavation to handover
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Strong leadership and site team management skills
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Role Summary
- Legend Dragon Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and control site construction activities for a commercial/residential building project in Dubai.
- Responsible for day to day site execution, coordination of site teams and subcontractors, progress monitoring, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring works are completed in line with approved drawings, specifications, programme, and authority requirements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or BIM coordination is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in basement construction, shoring coordination, raft foundations, post tension slabs, typical floor cycles, finishing works, MEP coordination, authority inspections, and project handover.
- Previous experience completing at least one building project from structure stage to handover.
