Job Summary
Lead and supervise civil and structural works for tanks, pipelines, and infrastructure networks at a Jeddah project.
Ensure construction activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12–20 years of experience in civil and structural construction, including experience as a Structural Construction Manager on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete works, underground utilities, pipeline-related civil works, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractual documents.
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, resources, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and site inspection processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise civil and structural works associated with tanks, pipelines, and infrastructure networks.
- Ensure construction activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, resources, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Coordinate multiple construction activities and resolve site issues under project constraints.
