About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on site construction activities
- Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor construction progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, ADM requirements, and HSE standards
- Review and approve method statements, work plans, and material submittals
- Control project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site
- Ensure quality control and proper implementation of QA/QC procedures
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
- Oversee site safety practices and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10–15 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in the UAE
- Strong experience in building and civil construction projects
- In depth knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi building codes and local authority regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills

Job Summary
