- Manage transportation, delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials, equipment, and machinery across multiple project sites
- Coordinate with procurement, project management, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely availability of resources
- Monitor logistics schedules and resolve transportation or supply chain issues to avoid project delays
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, and utilization optimization
- Oversee warehouse and inventory management activities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters, suppliers, and logistics service providers
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare logistics plans, reports, and performance metrics for management review
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Lead and develop the logistics team
- Coordinate heavy equipment mobilization and demobilization activities
