The Opportunity

• We are recruiting for the following site-based leadership positions within a major high-speed rail programme connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai:
• Construction Director

• MEP Construction Manager

Project Scope Includes

• Track works and overhead catenary systems
• Major earthworks and civil infrastructure
• Depot and maintenance facilities
• Operational and trackside buildings
• Civil, structural and MEP packages
• Roads, drainage, utilities and external works
• Rail systems and operational interfaces

Construction Director

• The Construction Director will lead overall site delivery across depot and operational infrastructure packages, managing multidisciplinary teams across civils, structures, buildings, MEP, utilities and rail interfaces.
• Candidates should demonstrate:
• Senior leadership experience on major infrastructure or transportation programmes
• Strong multidisciplinary construction delivery capability
• Experience managing complex operational or depot environments
• Rail, metro or transportation infrastructure exposure preferred
• Strong stakeholder and JV coordination capability

Civils & Roads Construction Manager

• The Civils & Roads Construction Manager will oversee heavy civils, infrastructure and external works packages across the programme.
• Scope includes:
• Earthworks
• Roads and pavements
• Utilities and drainage
• Structural and concrete works
• Trackside civils and infrastructure interfaces
• Candidates should demonstrate:
• Strong heavy civils or transportation infrastructure background
• Experience delivering roads, utilities and infrastructure packages
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and work fronts
• Rail or major infrastructure programme exposure preferred

Mep Construction Manager

• The MEP Construction Manager will lead delivery of building services and operational facility MEP packages.
• Scope includes:
• HVAC systems
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing and drainage
• Fire protection systems
• ELV and specialist systems
• Candidates should demonstrate:
• Experience delivering major MEP packages within infrastructure or transportation environments
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination capability
• Operational facility, depot, airport or rail project exposure preferred
• Testing, commissioning and handover experience advantageous

Requirements

• Degree qualified in relevant engineering or construction discipline
• Proven site-based construction leadership experience
• Experience operating within complex multidisciplinary delivery environments
• GCC or Middle East experience preferred
• Rail, metro, aviation or major transportation infrastructure experience highly advantageous
