About the Role
As the Construction Foreman for our Drill Crew, you'll take charge on-site—leading by example, assigning tasks, and ensuring that work is done safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Your leadership will directly contribute to the successful installation of fiber-optic infrastructure across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site operations
- Plan daily tasks including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Coach and support operators and labourers in best practices and safety
- Lead daily toolbox talks and communicate safety memos
- Complete safety documentation, maintain locates, and submit reports
- Maintain crew vehicles and equipment
- Ensure crews are organized and meeting daily targets using Hydrovac trucks, drills, hoes, and clean-up teams
