Construction Applications Specialist

5+ years of experience working with enterprise business applications, including operational support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements;

Hands-on experience with Procore administration and configuration (required), including Project Execution, Financials, and Preconstruction modules;

Strong understanding of construction business processes, including project execution, cost management, procurement, invoicing, commissioning, handover, and closeout;

Familiarity with construction project and customer lifecycles, from opportunity and project initiation through execution, billing, closeout, and post-project support;

Knowledge of project management in a construction context, including tracking deliverables, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and improving field-to-office communication;

Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and financial workflows;

Ability to work across integrated systems and end-to-end processes

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills;

Power BI expertise or experience developing dashboards and reports is considered an asset.
