Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage functional and technical resources within project teams for Certinia transformations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and present solution design recommendations.
- Design system architecture in line with best practices for technical excellence and professional services operations.
- Configure, customize, and extend Certinia PSA to meet client needs.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party applications to complement the overall solution.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for developers.
- Support data migration, testing cycles, deployment, and production readiness.
- Prepare and deliver user and administrator training.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing scalable and innovative solutions tailored to client objectives.
