- Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of medical events and conferences
- Coordinate with scientific committees, speakers, and moderators
- Ensure compliance with CME/CPD accreditation standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with healthcare authorities, sponsors, and partners
- Oversee delegate registration processes
- Work with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits and coordinate onsite operations
- Manage event communications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Lead onsite team operations during events
- Anticipate and manage risks or issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years project management experience in medical conferences, healthcare exhibitions, or pharmaceutical events
- Proven track record in end to end event execution including budgeting, logistics, delegate management
- Strong familiarity with CME/CPD accreditation processes
- Experience with medical associations and healthcare professionals preferred
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines for healthcare events
- Proficiency in project management software, CRM, and event registration platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during events
