Position summary

Guest service responsibilities

• Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other guest services.
• Handle special requests and follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about property amenities, surrounding area events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest needs.
• Review shift logs and document important information in logbooks.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Operational standards

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, use professional communication, and meet quality assurance standards.
• Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required in the source posting.
• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
