Concierge Shift Leader in Rooms and Guest Services Operations.

Guest and concierge services
- Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other special services for guests.
- Respond to special requests, follow up on satisfaction, and provide information about the property and surrounding area.
- Answer and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Bell, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to resolve guest needs.
- Review shift logs, document pertinent information, and prioritize unresolved requests.
- Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and notify Security of guest theft reports.
Team and operational support
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee coaching.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete required safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
