Position Summary

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements and services and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Provide information about the property and surrounding area while monitoring guest needs and lounge operations.

Guest Services

  • Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other services or identify appropriate providers.
  • Respond to special requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide information about property amenities, special events, and local activities.
  • Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems.

Operations and Safety

  • Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Monitor club lounge seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and comply with quality standards.

Guest and Team Interaction

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
  • Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Conditions

  • The position is full time and not remote.
  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period or an entire work shift.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
