Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging approach, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, sightseeing tours, and other guest requests
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion and complete satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate arrival and departure arrangements, including airport transfers and transportation services
- Ensure baggage handling procedures are followed, including proper tagging, tracking, and documentation
- Assist with guest correspondence, messages, parcels, mail, and luggage deliveries in accordance with hotel standards
- Support Front Office, Bell Desk, and Valet operations when required
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and concierge services
- Stay informed about local events, attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options to provide tailored recommendations
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, taking ownership to achieve satisfactory resolutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation services, restaurants, and leisure activities
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Professional appearance and commitment to luxury hospitality standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A positive, proactive, and team oriented attitude
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

The Role
- We’re looking for a passionate and service oriented Concierge Agent to join one of Doha’s most dynamic hospitality destinations.
- As part of the Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing expert assistance, local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and personalized services.
