Position Summary
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements and services, including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, events, and activities.
Handle guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns and follow up on special requests.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest requests and problems.
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
- Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional communication.
- Follow company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, and comply with quality assurance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire work shift.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- No license or certification is specified beyond required safety training and certifications.
Physical and Service Environment
- The role includes monitoring a club lounge and interacting directly with hotel guests.
- The position may require an extended period of standing, sitting, or walking during a work shift.
