Job Overview
Magna seeks a Computer Vision Engineering Co-op Student to develop and improve software solutions for industrial applications.
The role requires strong Python programming skills and knowledge of computer vision and machine learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform and present data analysis results based on requests from supervisors.
- Create data and machine learning pipelines on one of the leading cloud platforms.
- Participate in the development and improvement of software solutions.
- Test and evaluate developed solutions.
Qualifications
- PEY/co-op student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent engineering, mathematics, or science discipline.
- Strong Python programming experience.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience with software development processes.
- Experience in computer vision tasks such as image classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, or 3D reconstruction.
- Experience with ROS2.
