Role Overview
The position is for a full stack engineer with a stronger focus on microservices and backend technologies using Java.
The engineer will build and maintain web applications, contribute to feature development, and automate web application testing.
The role requests 6–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack or backend-focused development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using HTTP semantics and API versioning practices.
- Implement business logic, service-layer components, and data access layers following clean architecture principles.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases on modeling, indexing, performance, and transactions.
- Write unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, availability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
