Join City Car Decors as an Accounts and GST Billing Executive in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
The role focuses on GST billing, basic accounting, records maintenance, software operation, and coordination with the CA or accountant.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare GST bills and invoices.
- Enter purchase bills and maintain purchase files.
- Maintain sales and purchase records.
- Maintain basic accounts and day-to-day books.
- Prepare GST-related data and support filing.
- Enter stock and expense records.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Operate OPTECH Billing Software.
- Maintain proper digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with the CA or accountant when required.
Requirements
- Experience in GST billing and basic accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of purchase and sales entries and GST invoices is preferred.
- Familiarity with billing or accounting software is preferred.
- OPTECH Billing Software experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Good attention to detail and responsibility are expected.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
