Computer Network Support Systems Engineer

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 6 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence agile development tools

Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in fast paced environments

Systems Engineering, process engineering, and project management experience

AI/ML experience, especially relating to LLM-based systems

Familiarity with working in an agile development environment

Experience with Python

Cyber/IT helpdesk experience
