Job Summary
Support the design, implementation, integration, testing, maintenance, and optimization of technology systems and digital solutions.
Work with IT, engineering, BIM, digital engineering, project controls, project management teams, and external technology providers.
Contribute to systems integration, application support, automation, cloud technologies, data management, and continuous improvement.
Financial and Customer Responsibilities
- Support cost-effective technology implementation and identify savings through automation, integration, and process improvement.
- Evaluate technology solutions, support vendor assessments and procurement, and maximize value from existing investments.
- Translate user and project requirements into practical solutions and provide timely technical support.
- Investigate system, application, integration, and connectivity issues and support demonstrations, training, and UAT.
- Communicate technical issues clearly and gather user feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, maintain, and support business and engineering systems.
