Assists and works with Quality Operations Technical Personnel, Quality Control Staff and several individuals at all levels in the familiarization of techniques and procedures concerning Computed Tomography Imaging Radiography (CT). This includes meeting with customers to review results and develop inspection goals.
Aid in development of quality inspection techniques.
Generate reports and multi-media presentations utilizing specialty software in acquisition, reconstruction, evaluation and management of CT data. These tasks require using advanced software tools to acquire the CT data and precisely and accurately analyze three-dimensional reconstruction of assemblies, components, materials and plant equipment against established specifications.
Demonstrate the ability to methodically perform tasks and assigned functions to ensure that quality operations are conducted according to all applicable environmental, safety, health, and management requirements.
Produces legible, correct, and accurate records, inspections, and analyses.
Performs qualitative inspections using techniques that vary from use of standard industrial practices to unique area specific methods.
Assists technical personnel on various production support activities. These duties include checking equipment for proper operation and condition, developing new and improved methods to increase safety and productivity and performing work to ensure proper housekeeping incidental to the care and protection of equipment, records and procedures.
Precisely follow prescribed safety procedures in the handling of toxic, flammable or otherwise hazardous materials.
