Your Responsibilities
- - Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following detailed production formulas and instructions
- - Monitor the compounding process to ensure product consistency, performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments
- - Understanding of process flow charts and ability to recognize discrepancies and issues
- - Safely operate and maintain compounding equipment such as mixers, kettles, and pumps, performing routine maintenance as needed
- - Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment before and after manufacturing
- - Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- - Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, including formulations, adjustments, and test results.
- - Perform other related duties as assigned
Your Profile
- Completed a high school diploma or associates degree
- 2-3 years experience working in manufacturing environment
- A willingness to learn new information quickly, with high attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Managing processes
- Supply management and inventory control
- Collaborative, organized, self-starter, coachable, ability to give and receive constructive feedback
