Reporting to the Component Sales Supervisor , the Component Exchange Coordinator will join our Parts Exchange (PEX) team on a 12 month contract at our South Guildford, WA location. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for PEX component sales while ensuring effective supply chain coordination to meet customer requirements and minimise equipment downtime.

Manage customer component exchange orders and coordinate supply to meet required delivery dates.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customer contacts to support component sales growth.
Monitor component availability, identify supply risks early, and implement alternate solutions where required.
Facilitate regular customer meetings and provide reporting on supply chain performance and backorder management.
