Role Overview
The role is a Senior Associate Full Stack Software Engineer in Strategic Data Analytics within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk.
The engineer will build applications, interfaces, services, dashboards, and workflows used by compliance teams.
The role owns solutions end to end, including user interfaces, backend APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards for alerts, insights, workflows, and actions.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs integrating enterprise data, workflow platforms, dashboards, and approved AI services.
- Expand CI/CD, automated testing, code review, monitoring, and production support practices.
- Automate compliance and operational workflows, including inventory management, data movement, and process optimization.
- Integrate approved LLM APIs and Fusion products where they provide measurable value.
- Apply authentication, authorization, auditability, data protection, and secure development standards.
- Monitor application health, investigate incidents, and drive issue remediation to closure.
- Lead technical designs, review code, gather requirements, and identify process inefficiencies and control gaps.
