Compliance & Performance Assistant (168649)

You are a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and compliance frameworks.

You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can effectively collaborate across a range of operational and management teams.

To be successful, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related discipline (Ideal)
• Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Defence systems, including MILIS and PIMS (desirable)
• Previous Defence sector experience, ideally within logistics (highly regarded)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As this role supports the Defence sector, applicants must:

• Be an Australian Citizen and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
• Hold or be able to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
