Compliance & Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ERP compliance Analyst to manage & support the IT compliance framework.

We are looking for someone who combines strong compliance knowledge with a practical and execution-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working hands-on, collaborating across functions, identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring compliance requirements are consistently implemented.

Support day-to-day compliance activities, including but not limited to users onboarding, compliance monitoring and maintenance of regulatory records.

Assist with regulatory filings, audits, compliance reviews, internal controls, training and other compliance initiatives.

Support daily operations, including quality checks, reconciliations, monitoring and resolution of operational discrepancies.

Maintain accurate compliance and operational documentation and coordinate with internal teams, counterparties and external auditors.
