Responsibilities
- Perform compliance reviews aligned with the bank’s policies and local regulations, reporting findings to function lead.
- Identify regulatory weaknesses and areas of non compliance, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Periodically monitor and follow up on the status of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the production of Management Information reports summarizing review findings for senior management.
- Assist in conducting special investigations or reviews as directed by the function lead.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and analyze impact for the bank.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance
- At least 3 5 years of business experience preferably in Compliance and/or Audit in Banks
- Excellent understanding of regional laws and regulations
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Discrete and has sense for integrity

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Perform other additional tasks as required from time to time directed by the function lead.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance, risk management or internal audit.
- At least 3 5 years of business experience preferably in Compliance and/or Audit in Banks.
- Excellent understanding of regional laws and regulations.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and various departments.
- Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, develop innovative solutions and build effective business relationships quickly.
- Preferably bilingual, Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Discrete and has sense for integrity and handles highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
