Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 3 years in a compliance, internal controls, or regulatory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., SOX, GAAP, IFRS), auditing processes, and risk management practices.
  • Experience managing or overseeing internal audits, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in financial systems, ERP software, and compliance tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance matters to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
