Role Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Compliance Manager to oversee the organization's compliance framework and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining compliance programs, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and promoting a culture of integrity and good corporate governance across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of compliance management, regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and internal controls.
- Understanding of compliance risk assessment, policy development, regulatory reporting, and ethics programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management or documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with regulatory and industry developments.
