Compliance Manager

Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements

Oversee bidding, contract issuance, change orders, and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently and audit-ready

Act as a key advisor to leadership by identifying risks, recommending contract improvements, and resolving complex or sensitive issues

Partner closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure University standards and timelines are met

Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal reviews and external audits

Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment while supporting the organization’s long-term success
