Job Purpose
The Compliance Manager coordinates and reports on activities related to public funding sources and HFHI affiliate reporting, ensures and maintains compliance for all public grants that supports our mission and oversees Anti-Money Laundering compliance, training and audits.
Grant Compliance, Administration and Organizational Compliance
Communicate grant award conditions for compliance and reporting to staff.
Manage internal reporting systems to audit and track grants for compliance and all grant requirements including completion dates.
Provide periodic reports to public agency, or HFHI, that has awarded funds per agreement schedule.
Work with the finance / accounting team to assemble and submit draw requests to public agency or HFHI.
Maintain grant files and supporting documentation in accordance with record retention requirements.
