Role Overview
Compensation & Benefits Manager role for India within EisnerAmper's Human Resources team.
The role manages compensation programs, benefits governance, benchmarking, rewards processes, job evaluation, pay equity, and rewards analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks, salary structures, pay ranges, and job grade alignment for India.
- Lead annual compensation reviews, including merit increases, market corrections, promotions, bonus inputs, and governance.
- Conduct market benchmarking using external salary surveys and internal compensation data.
- Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders on rewards decisions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, renewals, vendors, communications, enrollment, utilization, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Support job evaluation, role benchmarking, pay equity analysis, compensation outlier reviews, and post-cycle analysis.
- Prepare compensation dashboards, workforce cost analyses, benefits reports, and executive-ready insights.
- Coordinate payroll implementation and ensure compliance with labor, tax, social security, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Drive process improvement, automation, documentation, and data integrity across rewards operations.
