Job Purpose
The Compensation Associate provides analytical and administrative support for global compensation and equity programs. Responsibilities include compensation analysis, market benchmarking, reporting, and equity administration while partnering with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support equity administration activities, including processing equity grants, maintaining equity records, preparing reports, coordinating with third-party equity providers, and responding to employee questions regarding equity awards.
- Prepare compensation reports, audits, and analyses to support compensation decisions and program administration.
- Maintain compensation data within HRIS and compensation management systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Support compliance with compensation-related regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting of compensation and equity transactions.
- Participate in compensation projects, process improvements, and data validation activities.
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, analytics, stock plan administration or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with HRIS, compensation, or data management systems is preferred.
