Compensation Analyst

Compensation responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses, salary survey submissions, and competitive benchmarking to support external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles through consultation, system testing, and audits.
• Build and maintain compensation models for bonuses, MBOs, equity, budget forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Partner with internal teams on compensation initiatives and audit compensation data across applicable systems.
• Develop scalable compensation tools, processes, documentation, and governance frameworks.

Office management responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for office activities and coordinate vendors and support staff.
• Manage office supply inventory and restocking.
• Manage office safety and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate events and provide in-person new-hire orientation for the Ottawa office.
